July has been kind of a bummer. Between the siffling heat and the torrential rain it’s been kind of a blah month. But in keeping with my goal of at least one new YouTube video a month, here we are. Enjoy and let me know what you think!

River House at Cooks Bend, Alabama
We spent the Sunday before Memorial Day at a friend’s house on the Tombigbee River. This is not that house, but one that was located directly across from us on the opposite bank. We rode a little closer to it in the boat, but it was hard to really get a good picture of that south facing wall that was literally covered in deer heads and horns. The light that afternoon was so wonderful that a picture couldn’t capture it. Happy end of the week friends, because I think I’ve never been so glad to see the end of a week.
